Author Talk by Monica McInerney

Lithgow Library Learning Centre will be participating in an online collaborative author talk presenting Monica McInerney’s new novel, “The Godmothers”.

Monica McInerney is an Australian-born author of 10 best-sellers including; The Trip of a Lifetime, Hello from the Gillespies and The House of Memories. Monica is published internationally and has titles translated into more than 12 languages. Her articles and short stories have appeared in newspapers, magazines and anthologies in Australia, the UK and Ireland.

Eliza Miller grew up in Australia as the only daughter of a troubled young mother, but with the constant support of two watchful godmothers, Olivia and Maxie. Despite her tricky childhood, she always felt loved and secure. Until, just before her eighteenth birthday, a tragic event changed her life. Now Eliza Miller will reassess what it means to be part of a family.

NSW Public libraries are pleased to present a series of online author events. This event is being facilitated through Zoom, and will take place online on Wednesday 30 September 2020 at 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm.
