Lithgow Library Learning Centre
National Law Week promotes community awareness and understanding of the law, our legal system and the legal profession, and is held every year in May. It is managed by the Law Society of NSW in conjunction with the Attorney General’s Department, the Legal Aid Commission of NSW, the NSW Police Force, the NSW Bar Association, NSW Young Lawyers, LIAC and the Department of Education and Training.
Law Week encourages courts, legal agencies, solicitors, barristers, police and, of course, public libraries to get involved.
This year the Lithgow Library Learning Centre, Main Street branch, invites you to attend a talk on “Wills and Estates” by LIAC speaker Nicole Stevenson of the Law Society, an afternoon tea will be provided.
