Meeting Room

The meeting room in the library is located on the top floor. The room seats 16 people in a boardroom style setting or a maximum of 30 people in a theatre style seating arrangement.

Facilities include:

  • Electronic White Board
  • TV/Video
  • Broadband internet connectivity
  • Data projector
  • After hours access available
  • Air conditioning/heating

Catering

 Please note: We are unable to provide catering or food storage facilities, however you are welcome to make your own arrangements for catering and delivery. However, complimentary Tea/Coffee facilities are provided.

 

Fees & Charges 2018/19

Corporate/business $98.00 per hour $284.00 per day
Community/Non-profit group $10.50 per hour $55.50 per day
Late key fee $32.50

Cancellations

Please provide notice of cancellation one week prior to the date of the booking if you no longer require the room.  Meetings cancelled without notice will still incur a minimum booking fee of one hour.
