Rusty Metal, Nuts and Bolts Sculpture Exhibition by Lyn Doherty at Lithgow Library

A lifetime passion for antiques, junk and digging old tips for bottles and artifacts has evolved into a creative endeavor for local artist and musician Lyn Doherty. The quirky sculptures that are the result of Lyn’s ideas will be on display at Lithgow Library from 2 to 31 July 2018.

“It is fascinating to see the amazing artistic creations that a few bits of metal, wood and ceramics can become,” said Mayor Stephen Lesslie. “This will be another art exhibition not to be missed”.

Cats and boats are just some of Lyn’s sculptures that will be on display throughout July and can be viewed during the Library opening hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12 noon on Saturdays.  For more information on this exhibition or to enquire about exhibiting at the Library phone 63529100.
