Lithgow Library Learning Centre has a great collection of eBooks and eAudio books available free to members of the library.
Join us on Tuesday mornings on September 6, 13, 20 and 27, when the library will hold information sessions on how to access the eBook and eAudio book collection. The sessions start at 10.30am and staff will be at hand to offer information and advice. Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the library on 6352 9100.
The Axis 360 eBook and eAudio collection is accessed through the library website and from a convenient app. Ebooks and eAudio books can be downloaded to most computers, laptops, readers, tablets, and smart phones – anytime, anywhere. All you need is your library card number and PIN. Library staff will be happy to check your membership details, or join you up, to ensure that you are ‘eBook ready’. Membership to the library is free.
“Ebooks and eAudio books are a valuable addition to the library’s collection. Many people in the community will benefit from the 24/7 availability, simplicity and accessibility of the Axis 360 Collection,” said Lithgow Library Coordinator Terry O’Keefe.
