After-School Academy

The Lithgow City Council Library is excited to announce a joint initiative with La Salle Academy! “After-School Academy”
The After-School Academy will provide FREE after-school peer tutoring sessions for primary school students facilitated by high school students from La Salle Academy.
This is a great opportunity for children in years 4-6 to get homework help, build their reading and literacy skills, develop and improve numeracy skills and get peer support.
This will be held every Thursday afternoon at the Lithgow Library from 4-5pm location in the Mezzanine in the Library.
We are excited to launch this program and support the community.
