Baby Bounce & Rhyme Time is a great, fun interactive program designed for children from 0-3yrs. Designed to promote early literacy Baby Bounce will run every Monday morning at 11 am at Lithgow Library commencing on Monday 10 October 2022.
In this friendly and relaxed environment, participants will be singing, talking, and bouncing while learning new songs and rhymes. Songs, stories, and rhymes can help form a foundation of learning to read and singing helps in the development of child’s communication and voice development. There will be puppets and musical instruments especially designed for little hands, words and music are provided for the songs.
Baby Bounce and Rhyme Time is different from regular library Storytime as it is a much shorter program to fit with younger children’s attention spans and is specifically aimed at the 0-3 years age groups. Baby rhyme time is designed to instill a love of the library and help with early literacy.
All sessions are free, and no bookings are required.
