Come along to Lithgow Library for the launch of “Native plants: Hassans Walls Reserve and Lithgow Surrounds” on Saturday 15 July 2023 starting at 10.30am.
Lithgow And District Community Nursery invites the community to come along to the official launch which will be introduced by Mr Doug Benson, Botanist and Hon. Research Associate with the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, Sydney.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for lovers of native plants to view a comprehensive record of the plants in the Lithgow area. This superb book, written by Suzanne Lollback, Helen Drewe, Robert Conveny, and Ken Durie has over 1,000 colour photos and features wildflowers, orchids and grasses just to name a few.
