During 2021 Lithgow City Council asked Library users and the community for ideas on how to improve and adapt Library services throughout the LGA. Unfortunately, due to COVID shutdowns many of the responses were skewed to those restrictions.

The community is invited to participate in another online survey which aims to find out how the community is using library services post-COVID. The survey will be used to identify ways that the library can continue to offer relevant and engaging services and support grant funding applications.

“Lithgow Library service, including the Portland and Wallerawang branch libraries, continue to be an important resource for the community,” said Mayor Maree Statham. This survey will help the library provide services into the future that meet community needs.”

Council encourages the community to have its say. Click this link to take the survey. The survey will be open until midnight Sunday 16 October 2022
