Council advises that the Lithgow Library and the footpath at the front of the building will be closed on Tuesday 22 March.
The Library will be closed for the day to allow a crane to lift materials into place.
As a safety precaution Council will temporarily close the footpath at the front of the library while the crane is in operation. The footpath will re-open once these works are complete.
